Qiyun Zheng

A performer between woherlds.

She explores power dynamics with her concept of “female body as a translator”.

Between 2020-2022, the performer actively contributed to Shanghai underground Ballroom scene as her alter ego “Kiki Kawakubo”.

Qiyun is now in low residency with MA program Performance in Practice at ArtEZ, in Arnhem, the Netherlands.
